麦弗逊悬架系统动力学分析与仿真

摘    要:利用ADAMS/Car整车设计软件包对某典型车型的前悬架系统进行了动力学建模,对前悬架选取4种工况进行动力学仿真,得出了悬架弹簧反作用力与弹簧位移关系的曲线,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合。研究结果表明:汽车前悬架仿真是可行而实用的,可用于指导前悬架设计和参数优化。

Abstract:Set up the dynamic model of front suspension system of some typical vhicle using the full-vehicle design software package ADAMS/Car,dynamicly simulated for the suspension under 4 cases,obtained the relationship between the suspension's spring reaction force and the spring's displacement,the result of the simulation basically accord with the experiment result.The investigation indicates that the vehicle's front suspension result is feasible and applicable,which can be used to guide the front suspension design and parameters optimization.
