| 摘 要： | 文章根据工程量清单计价的特点，从招标文件的研究、综合单价的构成、企业定额的制定、报价策略和技巧的应用等方面对提高企业投标报价的竞争力进行了阐述和论证，得出施工企业只有与时俱进，不断提高自身素质，建立企业定额，掌握报价策略和技巧，才能在建筑市场上立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of list pricing model, this paper discusses and expounds improving competitiveness of tender price in enterprise form study on tender-inviting document, composition of comprehensive price, enterprise scale setting, application of price strategy and skill. It is concluded that only by advancing with the times, constantly improving their own quality, setting up an enterprise scale, mastering bidding strategy and skills can construction enterprises be invincible in the construction market. |
