摘    要:把扣式锂离子电池的制备及性能测试设计成化学综合实验,建立了基于正极材料的合成、正极片的制备及电池组装和性能测试的综合性开放实验.该实验以化学材料合成和电化学理论为基础,通过该实验可了解正极材料的合成方法,电池的基本结构以及电池性能的测试方法.

Abstract:The preparation and performance testing of coin-type lithium ion battery were designed to chemical comprehensive experiment. The experiment includes the following contents : synthesis of cath- ode materials, preparation of positive plate, assembling of coin-type battery and performance testing of the battery. The experiment is based on the chemical synthesis and electrochemical theory. The aim of this experiment is to understand the synthetic method of cathode materials, the basic structure of batter- y and the testing method of the battery.
