环氧树脂板CO2激光诱导液相金属沉积的研究

摘    要:研究了水溶液介质中,以CO2激光作为诱导光源,在环氧树脂基材上沉积金属Ag的影响因素;利用电子探针分析了在不同条件下,环氧树脂表面所沉积的金属层的形貌、表面成分和金属沉积层厚度.指出:在一定条件下,扫描速度、基材表面的液膜厚度、溶液的浓度以及激光功率大小是影响金属沉积的主要因素。

Abstract:The process of metal Ag deposition on epoxy resin in aqueous solution was studied under CO 2 laser. The metal layer was described in distributing, thickness and visage by the method of EPMA. It was concluded that the main factors that affected metal layer on epoxy resin were scanning speed of laser, power of laser, concentration of the solution and thickness of solution on epoxy resin.
