紫花地丁花提取物的分离鉴定

摘    要:采用超声波对紫花地丁花进行提取,结合薄层色谱和柱色谱对提取物进行分离,并用紫外光谱仪进行了初步测定,确定了其中部分分离产物。主要包括黄酮类、香豆精类、饱和脂肪酸类等。

Abstract:Ultrasonic was used to extract elements from the flower of Viola yedoensis Makino,and the extractions were separated by means of thin layer chromatography(TLC) and column chromatography(CC).The preliminary test using ultraviolet spectrograph identified a portion of the separations,mainly including flavonoids,coumarins,and saturated fatty acids(SFAs),etc.
