摘    要:针对盐泥悬浮颗粒体系,采用国产无机陶瓷膜,对盐泥除盐膜清洗工艺的可行性进行重点考察,对膜孔径、过程参数对处理效果的影响进行系统研究.结果表明,在ΔP=0.24MPa,v=0.576 m/s,质量浓度为1%,T=35±3℃下,采用孔径为0.2μm的α-Al2O3陶瓷膜清洗盐泥,具有较好的除盐效果.污染膜在0.10 mol/LHNO3溶液中浸泡煮沸约30 min,然后水冲洗,膜通量基本恢复.

Abstract:Aim at salt sludge suspension particles system,the influence of membrane pore size and seperation conditions on membrane flux decline were investegated.The feasibility of desalting from salt sludge suspension solution by ceramic microfiltration membrane technology was sdudied.The results show that α-Al2O3membrane with mean pore size of 0.2μm was suitable for treating salt sludge suspension particles system.At T=35±3℃,ΔP=0.24MPa,v=0.576m/s,the steady flux of 0.2μm α-Al2O3membrane can achieve a better effect.According to the nature of suspension solution,a feasible rinsing method was obtained.The pure water flux of fouled membrane was recovered.
