摘    要:反思性教学逐渐成为教师教育所关注的核心问题。作为反思性语言教学行动研究方式之一的课堂观察因其在教师职业发展中的积极意叉而得到了外语教育工作者的日益重视。本文简单介绍了课堂观察的涵叉、操作方法和实施步骤,旨在通过这一手段促进英语教师的专业化发展。

Abstract:Reflective teaching has become the core focus in the field of teacher education.Classroom observation,as an important means of reflective language teaching action research,plays a positive role in EFL teachers' professional development.This paper introduces the concept as well as the feasible ways of classroom observation,presents the three stages of the practice,aiming at promoting EFL teachers' professional development.
