| 摘 要： | 利用单纤维抽拔法测定了不同截面形态的涤纶纤维/粘合剂间界面的粘结力,并对影响粘结力大小的参数进行了讨论。实验结果证明当纤维线密度相同时,异形截面纤维的粘结力大于圆形截面纤维的粘结力,并与纤维截面周长成正比例。

| Abstract: | The bonding force of interface between binder and fibre with various cross-section shape has measured by a fibre pull-out method. The parameters influencing the bonding force are also discussed. The experimental results show that the bonding force of fibre with non-round cross-section is larger than that of round cross-section fibre. Moreover, the bonding force between fibre / binder interface is proportional to the circumference of fibre when fibre fineness is the same. |
