煤粉气流中钝体稳焰机理的近似分析

摘    要:基于煤粉气流中钝体后回流区的流场特性,假定回流区为一温度均匀的搅拌系统,在其中只有煤粉挥发分的析出并燃烧,而燃烧过程受挥发分析出规律的控制,从而导出了煤粉气流火焰稳定的定量分析模型.以回流区温度不变作为火焰稳定条件可进而得到使煤粉气流火焰稳定的最小回流区长度的表达式.

Abstract:The characteristics of the recirculating zone formed behind a bluff-body or a slit bluff-body in the pulverized-coal-airstream is analyzed and a quantitative model equation is derived for the first time to explain the flame stabilization of the airstream on the assumption that the recirculating zone is regarded as a lumped system and the combustion of the volatile emitted from the pulverized coal is controlled by the rate of volatile emission. A criterion expression for the minimum length of the recirculating zone for the stable combustion of the pulverized-coal-airstream is also derived from the model equation based on the constant recirculating zone temperature.
