摘    要:针对并行工程的需求,提出广义键概念,广义键GL(generalizedlink)是描述两个装配零件之间的所有装配关系的信息集,基于广义键建立了面向并行工程的产品装配模型,并给出了产品装配模型的数据结构,提出采用多重装配连接图表示零件之间的多重装配关系,基于广义键建立的产品装配模型可表示两个零件之间复杂的多重装配关系,为产品可装配性评价和装配工艺过程设计提供了丰富的产品装配信息,为实现CAD/DFA的信息集成打下良好的基础,该装配模型可支持并行工程。

Abstract:Generalized link (GL) concept was presented to meet the need of concurrent engineering. GL is an information set of all assembly relations between two assembly objects. A concurrent engineering oriented product assembly model was established based on GL. The data structure of assembly model was provided. The multiple assembly relations among assembly objects can be represented by multiple assembly link graph. The complicated assembly relations among assembly objects can be described by means of the assembly model based on GL. The abundant assembly information of products can be provided for assemblability evaluation and assembly process planning. A sound foundation is laid for the information integration of CAD and DFA.
