| 摘 要： | 针对在矿业投资中,矿产品价格波动等因素给采矿权评估带来的一系列问题,论述了采矿权的特点与采矿权价值的特点,分析了传统项目评估方法的不足,介绍了一种新的评估方法——实物期权方法,并根据具体实例进行了应用分析,结果表明实物期权方法因充分考虑了项目的不确定因素而更具有优越性。

| Abstract: | In mining investment areas, the factor that the price of minerals is extremely volatile, has brought great inconvenience to the mining rights. This paper describes the characteristic of mining concession and particularity of mining concession value .analyzes the disadvantage of the traditional valuation method and introduces real option method. The real option method has more advantages because it has fully considered the uncertainty of investment opportunity. |
