| 摘 要： | 高职学生在职业教育集团化校企合作中的角色转变，分为“学生→学生→员工”、“学生→员工→学生”和“员工→学生→员工”的转变模式。从职业教育集团化校企合作的制度保障、资金保障、师资保障和环境保障等方面，论述了高等职业教育中加快学生角色转变的途径及措施。

| Abstract: | In vocational education collectivization and school-business cooperation, the students＇ roles transformation can be divided into three patterns, ＂ student - student - employee＂ , ＂ student - employee - student＂ and ＂ employee - student - employee ＂ From several aspects such as system safeguard, fund safeguard, teachers safeguard and environment safeguard of vocational education collectivization and school-business, the paper elaborated to speed up the ways and measures of the students＇ roles. |
