一品红离体培养快繁研究

摘    要:以观赏花卉一品红的茎段为外植体,接种于添加不同浓度激素配比的MDS培养基上,进行离体培养。实验结果表明:诱导愈伤组织形成且频率最高的培养基是MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.5(单位均为mg/L);由愈伤 组织分化不定芽的最适培养基也是:MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.5;当苗长到3-4cm时,移到1/2MS+NAA0.2培养基上,生根效果最佳,用复合型营养土培植,移栽成活率高。

Abstract:The tissue culture for propagation of E.pulcherrima was conducted with stem segment of E.pulcherrima as explant and MS with hormone of different strengths as basic culture medium. The optimal culture medium are as follows: MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.5 for the differentiation of inducing callus and generating adventitious buds, 1/2MS+NAA0.2 for the differentiation of roots.The planting and transplanting effect is better by using the mixed nutrient clay.
