| 摘 要： | 以小麦和萝卜截根苗为材料,研究了Cu2+胁迫对作物生理生态指标的影响.研究表明,随着Cu2+浓度的增大,作物根长、苗高、根数、根重、叶片色素含量等指标值下降,而叶片细胞膜透性增大.

| Abstract: | Experiments were carried out with hoagland cultivation to study the effects of Cu 2+ on growth of root pruning crops. The results showed that the root and shoot weight, contents of leaf chlorophyll decreased, the cell membrane permeability increased with the increased of concentration of Cu 2+ . |
