| 摘 要： | 政府投资工程中的一个重要研究课题是：在各个市场参与者都希望获得最大利益的情况下。招标方怎样判断并应对不合理的竞争现象。这就需要运用博弈论的研究成果。本文介绍了政府投资工程、招标投标和博弈论的基本概念，用博弈观点分析了政府投资工程的招标策略；运用博弈模型进行了均衡分析，并提出了策略建议。
