摘    要:我国沿海地区煤、河川水力资源有限,仅靠发展水、火电常规能源难以满足能源需要,须开发该区丰富的潮汐新能源。潮汐能是再生能源,用之不尽;且会自动送能上门,电站运行费省;又无淹田、拆迁建筑物、污染环境等问题;工程尚可发挥水产、围垦、航运等综合利用效用,优点较多。国内外多座潮汐电站建成经验表明,潮汐发电技术上是可行的。全面衡量其经济性,不在火电等常规能源之下。今后在技术上宜抓紧研究提高,并发挥其多方面综合效用,以降低造价提高经济效益。

Abstract:Coastal areas of our country are in urgent need for energy, but coal and water energy are scarce here for supplying necessary electricities. Thus, it is admissible to exploite a new kind of energy-rich tidal power generator projects. Their advantages are as follows: It is a regenerate energy and will never be used up. It can transmit energy to power stations with very low operating cost. It will never cause any problems of inundation cultivated lands, to remove buildings, and environmental pollutions, while its operating sites might be used for aquatic breeding industries, cofferdamming for reclamation and shipping communications as well. The successful constructing and operating experiences from many Chinese and foreign tidal power stations have shown that tidal generation of electricity is feasible. Eval uating from an overall economical point of view, investments for tidal power stations will not make less profit than those for thermal power or other conventional power stations. Of course, research works must be carry on in this field, related technologies must be improved, in order to make comprehensive utilization of thesse projects, to obtain the minimum in vestment and the maximum economic and social benefits.
