| 摘 要： | 人力资源是制约湖北省小城镇发展的一个重要因素,湖北小城镇人力资源在数量上是十分充足的,但整体质量却相当低下。要促进湖北小城镇的发展,就必须采取有效措施提高小城镇人力资源的质量。本文就如何开发小城镇人力资源和提高小城镇人力资源质量提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Human resources is indispensable to the development of small cities and townships in Hubei province.Human resources of small cities and townships in Hubei province is abundant,but the overall quality is relatively low.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to upgrade the quality of human resources to accelerate the development of small cities and townships in Hubei province.In this article,some suggestions are proposed concerning how to develop human resources and raise the quality. |
