饲用复合酶制剂的发酵及应用

摘    要:以粮食加工副产物为原料,经多菌种混合固态发酵后制备了高酶活的饲用复合酶制剂。培养基配比为麦麸豆粕米糠= 271。30 ℃培养46 h 后, 每克干物质中含有糖化酶2 050 U, 纤维素酶3 760 U,蛋白酶7 340 U,果胶酶331 U。

Abstract:Feed multienzyme preparation from byproducts of grainprocessing by mixed-culture solid state fermentation was reported. The ratio of wheat bran: beancake: rice bran in the culture medium was 271. After culturing at 30 ℃ for 46 hours, one gram of dried medium contained glucoamylase 2 050 U, cellulase 3 760 U, proteinase 7 340 U,pectate lyase 331 U.
