| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Agar-aktiviertes Kaninchenplasma (Anaphylatoxin) setztin vitro Histamin und Serotonin aus normalen Kaninchenblutplättchen frei. Dieser Effekt ist vom Stoffwechsel der Thrombocyten abhängig, da er durch Dinitrophenol gehemmt wird. Bei Anwesenheit von Glukose wird die Hemmung aufgehoben. |
