| 摘 要： | 物业管理是一种和现代化房产开发方式相配套的综合管理,它和社会主义市场经济体制相适应。确保管理区域内业主及物业使用人的生命财产安全是物业管理的一项基本内容和工作,而消防安全管理在生命财产安全管理中所占的地位和分量又是重中之重。物业管理中消防安全管理的目的,就在于预防火灾的发生,最大限度上减少火灾损失,为业主和住户的工作、生活提供安全环境。物业管理对于改善人居环境质量、提高城市管理水平、维护社区和谐稳定起到积极的作用。
