| 摘 要： | 从企业人力资源开发与管理的视角,结合企业实践中人力资源开发与管理的几个主要模块,着重分析企业人力资源开发与管理中的招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬等几个方面的伦理问题,对其存在伦理问题的原因进行了分析,并从创新企业人力资源开发的方式方法等方面提出了相应对策,以期推动企业管理实践的健康发展,提升企业效率,促进国民经济健康发展。
