高师公共课教育学教学的现状分析

摘    要:现行高师公共课教育学教学在教师、学生、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学管理等方面存在着缺陷和不足,究其原因在于:教师思想封闭,教学水平不高;高师生认识偏狭,学习能力低下;教学内容缺乏适用性,教材使用的指导思想不对;忽视高师生的主体地位,轻视现代教学手段的辅助作用;社会和学校的重视不够,评价方式偏重知识层面。

Abstract:The factors that lead to the shortcomings of the current situation in pedagogy as a common required course in higher normal school lie in teachers, students , contents of course , teaching method , and administration of teaching . The factors resulting in those shortcomings are the teachers' lower art of teaching and the students' lower learning ability , the contents of course lacking for practical use and the wrong guiding principle of the textbook , brushing aside the students' principle role and belittling the effect of modern teaching method , that the society and school attaching little importance to it and improper evaluating criteria.
