单片机在电路板数控钻孔机中的应用

摘    要:目前电路板一般采用专业软件如PROTEL进行辅助设计 ,印板后一般需钻孔 .本文介绍通过计算机把PROTEL产生的钻孔数据传送给单片机 ,然后利用单片机控制微型台式钻孔机的X、Y轴的步进电机移动和Z轴电机的升降运动 ,实现电路板全自动数控钻孔 .本文着重介绍单片机控制两坐标联动、坐标显示及传感器检测的设计 ,并分析其硬件工作原理和主要软件设计过程 .实验表明 ,采用该设备与传统的手工加工相比可大大提高钻孔速度和精度

Abstract:Now PCB usually uses professional software such as PROTEL for aided design, and it needs drilling after printed. In this paper the drilling data produced by PROTEL are transferred to single chip microcomputer by computer, then the single chip microcomputer is used to control the X axis and Y axis step motors and Z axis motor moving,so the PCB is auto NC drilled.The design of controlling of double axes moving,coordinate display,sensor detecting and the hardware principle,and main software flowchart are mainly introduced in this paper.The experiment shows that using the device for auto NC drill will greatly improve the drilling precision and speed over traditional handicraft.
