我国高校实施学分制的着力点

学分制重在弘扬学生个性、推进素质教育、提高人才培养质量。自上世纪80年代以来,以推行学分制为核心的教学管理体制改革成为中国高等教育改革的一项重要内容。但在实践中也面临着一些新的问题,影响到学分制的有效实施和学分制管理作用的充分发挥。探讨我国高校学分制改革面临的问题及成因,有助于寻求建立适合我国社会发展需要的高素质人才培养模式应着重采取的措施。
