| 摘 要： | 将最大熵原理引入空竭服务、多重休假M／G／1排队模型中，对顾客均衡策略和社会最优策略进行了研究．主要通过采用收益一成本结构，均值分析的方法，构建顾客个人和社会总体的收益函数，进而根据不同的服务信息，确定出不同的优化策略．最后，通过数值模拟进行了初步的比较．

| Abstract: | To study the optimal balking strategies for customers, the maximum entropy principle is introduced into the M/G/1（ES, MV）, the customer equilibrium balking strategies and socially optimal balking strategies have been studied. Through a natural reward-cost structure, the overall profit function about the individual customer and the whole society are constructed by a method of mean value analysis, then different optimization strategies are determined depending on different service information. Finally,a preliminary comparison is done by numerical simulation. |
