恒温阀用感温石蜡的膨胀性能研究

摘    要:针对不同类型的感温蜡进行DTA(Different Temperature Analysis,DTA)分析,得到其热性能,通过熔点以及膨胀性能的测定得到相变区间和膨胀性能,将结果进行综合分析表明:随着熔程变大、感温蜡热膨胀区间也变大,但不以同比例变化.选择不同熔程的感温蜡能满足恒温阀不同的控温要求,并对感温蜡熔程和膨胀温度区间之间的关系规律做了进一步研究.

Abstract:A DTA analysis of different types of sensitive paraffin was made, and the melting point and volume expansion of the paraffin were tested, and a comprehensive analysis of the heat performance, the range of phase change and the expansion performance of the paraffin were also made. It can be concluded from the above that the temperature range of the expansion of paraffin extends along with the extension of the fusing range. Then a discussion was made on the regulation of connection between the fusing range and the expansion range of the sensitive paraffin.
