摘    要:研究从含溴离子的水溶液中回收溴的新工艺, 即在酸性条件下经由氯气氧化后以四氯化碳为萃取剂进行萃取, 得到溴的四氯化碳溶液, 可直接用于有机溴化反应, 溴化反应结束后, 蒸馏出四氯化碳供循环使用, 溴的回收率达97 % 以上; 也可用氢氧化钠溶液提取四氯化碳中的溴, 再用硫酸中和制得纯溴, 溴的回收率达95 % 。与其它回收方法相比,该方法成本低、设备简单、污染少。

Abstract:A new process for recovery of bromine from the solution containing bromine ion is studied. In the presence of acid,through oxidating with chlorine gas and then extracting with CCl 4, obtain the bromine CCl 4 solution which can be used for organic brominating reactions without further purification,and the CCl 4 can be obtained through distillation after the reaction. The percentage of bromine recovery is 97%. The bromine CCl 4 solution can also be used for preparation of pure bromine by extracting with NaOH solution and then adding acid to it for neutralizing.The recovery percentage is 95%.Compared with the other processes, the new process has the advantages of lower cost,simple equipment and lower pollution.
