紫外分光光度法测定微量溴酸根研究

摘    要:研究了在硫酸介质中,碘化钾还原溴酸根离子的最佳反应条件,选择的最大吸收波长为350 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.24×105L.mol-1.cm-1,溴酸根离子在0.5~6μg/10 mL范围内符合郎伯—比尔定律,检出限为0.25μg/10 mL,该法应用于化学试剂中微量溴酸根离子的研究,获得了满意的结果.

Abstract:The optimum reaction conditions for deoxidizing bromate in a sulfuric acid medium by kalium iodide were studied.350 nm was selected in this paper.The molar absorptivity was 2.24×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 and the linear range was 0.5~6 μg/10 mL of bromate.The bound of checking and measurement was 0.25 μg/10 mL of BrO3-.The method was applied to determinate micro amount of bromate in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
