摘    要:以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯-琼脂溶液为悬浮液,建立了悬浮液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定饲料中微量元素铁、锌、铜的方法.回收率为96.5%-102.2%,测定结果与灰化法一致.

Abstract:Agar sol containing phthalate were used as suspension.The method for fast determination of Copper, Iron and Zinc trace element in feed by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was established.The recovery is 96.5%- 102.2%. Determination results were consistent with those results of ashing method.
