摘    要:木文阐述了激光散斑法测位移的原理,运用富里哀变换得出了定量的数学表达式.并给出了用激光散斑法测铜的热胀系数的整个实验过程和观察结果.同时用该法测位移来研究铜棒沿长度方向温度场的分布.该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高.

Abstract:his paper has expounded the princile of measuring displacement by the method of laser speckles and derived the quantitative mathematical equation using Fourier's translation. It has also given the complete experiment process and measuring results of temperature coefficient of copper. Temperature field distribution of copper along the length has been obtained by measuring displacement. This means of measurement issimple and convenient and its sensitivity is high.
