| 摘 要： | 通过对全球工程项目市场以及工程项目管理的现状和发展分析,对照我国工程项目管理和工程项目管理企业存在的问题,提出建立基于供应链的以工程项目为对象,总承包的工程项目管理公司为核心的管理模式,以提高我国工程项目管理公司在工程项目市场的竞争力.

| Abstract: | Through the global engineering project marketing,its status and developmental analysis,this paper suggests creating an engineering project model based on the supply chain management.It will examine existing problems of our engineering project management and enterprises.The main contracting engineering project management company will be the focus of the management module to enhance the competitive marketing capability of our engineering project management companies. |
