原料对釉面砖膨胀系数的影响

摘    要:本文探讨了生产釉面砖主要原料石英、长石等对素坏和釉底料膨胀系数的影响,并对各原料、素坏和釉底料的膨胀系数进行了测试.试验结果表明,石英加入量及颗粒度、长石种类对素坏和釉底料的膨胀系数影响最为显著.

Abstract:In the paper the author has researched the influence of the such main raw materials as quartz and orthoclase, which are used to produce the glazed brick, on the expansion coefficient of the porcelain basement and the bottom enamel and has tested the expansion coefficient of the variety of raw materials, the porcelain basement and the bottom enamel. The result indicates that the added quantity and the grain size of quartz and the type of the orthoclase have the most outstanding influence of the porcelain basement and the bottom enamel.
