| 摘 要： | 国际信托法律冲突问题是国际私法中一个比较复杂的问题,本文试图从信托制度本身出发,从对信托法律冲突产生的原因,信托制度的法律本质和价值取向等方面的分析中找出解决国际信托法律冲突应遵循的一般原则。

| Abstract: | The issues about international trust law conflicts are fairly complicated problems in the international private law. The paper, from the angle of trust system itself, tries to find out the generally followed principles to solve the internatinal trust law conflicts by analysing the causes of producing these conflicts and the lawful nature as well as values of the trust system. |
