摘    要:以三甲基苄基氯化铵 (TMBAC)和硫氰化钾为络合剂,在适宜的酸度条件下,用氯仿萃取 (TMBAC)-Con+-CNS- 的络合物,分离Con+和维生素B12,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法加基体改进剂测定Con+和维生素B12中的钴。由于维生素B12 既不溶于氯仿亦不被三甲基苄基氯化铵络合,与Con+的分离效果甚佳。

Abstract:Trimethly benzyl ammonia chloride (TMBAC) and potassium sulfocyanate were used as complexants of cobalt. Co n and Vitamin B 12 were separated by exacting (TMBAC)Co n SCN - into chloroform. Under a suitable acidity condition,when basal body improver was added Co n and Co n combined with Vitamin B 12 were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS).The separation of Co n and Vitamin B 12 was effective because Vitamin B 12 can not be dissolved in chloroform and can not be combined with TMBAC. The method was economic, easy and better than others.
