| Abstract: | The Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is a hot-spot of the applications of computers at present and it will be the direction of the modern traffic system in the future. According to the features of the marine traffic and based on ECDIS, this paper analyzes the function of the electronic charts and shows the way to process and make full use of them in marine traffic systems. |
