镍对小麦根抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量的影响

摘    要:研究了重金属镍对小麦根抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量的影响.结果发现:镍能够显著提高小麦根中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性及抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽的含量,而抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的活性无明显变化.这些结果表明,抗氧化酶和抗氧化剂在小麦应答镍胁迫的反应中可能起重要作用.

Abstract:Effects of nickel on the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of antioxidants in roots of wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) seedlings were investigated.Treatment with nickel resulted in significant increase in the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione reductase and in the contents of ascorbic acid and glutathione in wheat roots.However,ascorbate peroxidase activity did not change obviously by nickel.These results suggest that the antioxidant enzymes and antioxidants above may play important roles in responses to wheat to nickel stress.
