非晶FeNiSiB合金系的磁导率减落

摘    要:测量了(Fe_xNi_(1-x))_(76)Si_8B_(16)非晶合金的磁导率减落、比磁化强度和线磁致伸缩。发现在较低温度下,减落随Fe含量减少单调下降,而在较高的温度,则观察到一个减落峰。表明合金成分对减落的影响是由于结构缺陷与磁化强度的磁致伸缩耦合的结果。减落随温度的变化是原子方向有序和应力松弛的综合效应。

Abstract:The disaccommodation of magnetic permeability, specific intensity of magnetization and linear magnetostriction of amorphous alloys (FexNi1-x)76Si8B16 were measured.It was found that the disaccommodation measured at low temperature range is a monotonically decreasing function of Fe content. However, a peak of disaccommodation was observed at higher temperature range. As revealed, the influence of alloy composition on disaccommodation is resulting from the magnetostriction which couples the structural defects with magnetization. The dependence of disaccommodation on temperature shows that it is a comprehensive effect of the ordering effect of atoms' orientation with stress relaxation.
