| 摘 要： | IEC61970系列标准是专门针对新一代能量管理系统（EMS）及电力控制中心内外各种应用系统而制定的应用程序接口规范，它主要包括两个部分公共信息模型（cIM）和组件接口规范（CIS）。本文主要针对CIS中通用数据访问（GDA）服务器进行开发研究，通过介绍GDA的模块构架，利用基于COR．BA规范的ACE／TAO实现GDA服务器，并针对开发过程中遇到的重要问题如多线程的应用、COlkBA对象服务、资源序列缓存、分布式接口调用等提出了详细的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The IEC 61970 series standards define the energy management system （EMS） application program interface, It mainly includes two parts： common information model （CIM） and component interface specification （CIS）. This article mainly aims at the CIS generic data access server （GDA） research and development, through the introduction of GDA module frame structure, utilize based on the CORBA specification of ACE/TAO products to achieve GDA server and expounds on the main problems encountered in the development process： Muhithreaded applications, The CORBA object service, Resource sequence cache, Call interface. |
