孕母体质量指数与新生儿出生体质量的相关性

目的：探讨孕母体质量指数（BMD与新生儿出生体质量的相关性。方法：选择孕母及其新生儿200例，记录孕母孕前、妊娠期不同孕周、分娩时体质量，计算其BMI，同时记录新生儿出生时体质量。采用Pearson相关分析孕母BMI与新生儿出生体质量的相关性。结果：孕母孕前、妊娠期不同孕周、分娩时平均BMI均与新生儿体质量呈正相关，差异均有统计学意义。结论：孕母的BMI越大，所生新生儿体质量也越大。应根据孕母的BMI，在妊娠中、晚期给予有针对性的饮食指导，以减少巨大儿、难产儿的发生。

Correlation Between Body Mass Index of Pregnant Mother and Birth Weight of Newborn

Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index （BMI） of pregnant mother and birth weight of newborn.Methods Two hundred pregnant mother and newborn were selected. Birth weight of pregnant mother in progestation,pregnancy period were recorded, BMI were calculated.Meanwhile birth weight of newborn were recorded. The relationship between BMI of pregnant mother and birth weight of newborn was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient.Results BMI of pregnant mother in progestation,pregnancy period had positive correlation with birth weight of newborn,the difference had significantly statistical meaning.Conclusions The higher BMI of pregnant mother,the higher birth weight of newborn.Therefore the pertinent diet guidance should be given to pregnant mother in the middle to late stages of pregnancy according to BMI of pregnant mother,in order to reduce the incidence of enormous newborn and premature newborn.
