| 摘 要： | 现有镗床的加工范围不能满足电铲底座架中心孔的加工，在摇臂钻床上加装专用刀杆扩大其加工范围，完成电铲底座架中心孔的镗削加工。通过扩大加工设备加工范围的工艺研究，解决实际问题。

| Abstract: | The existing range of boring machine can not meet the processing of center hole of cradle-shovel, and retrofit special arbor which can expand its processing area on the drilling machine; furthermore, it can complete the shovel cradle-center hole boring. Through the technology research of expanding the scope of the processing equipment and processing, it can solve practical problems. |
