Cu—Mn合成甲酸甲酯催化剂的制备方法

摘    要:Cu Mn催化剂对于由合成气一步法合成甲酸甲酯具有较高的活性和选择性 采用草酸盐胶态共沉淀法 ,相转移法 ,络合物溶液法及快速燃烧法来制备Cu Mn催化剂 用XRD ,BET ,TEM对催化剂的结构进行了表征 ,发现采用这些方法所制得的催化剂达到了纳米超细粒子水平 ,对于合成气一步法合成甲酸甲酯显示出了很高的活性和选择性

Abstract:Cu Mn catalyst exbits higher activity and selectivity for the synthesis of methyl formate directly from synthesis gas.Some new methods,such as oxalate gel coprecipitation,phase transfer precipitation,complex precipitation and rapid combustion were used for producing Cu Mn catalyst in the paper.The results indicated that the catalytic activity by new methds is obviously higher than others.And the catalysts were characterised by XRD,BET and TEM technology,and some new results were obtained.
