摘    要:本文研究了熔体的流动对溶质分布及组织形貌所起的作用:结果表明:流动无论 对溶质的偏析和凝固组织的形貌都发生重大影响.

Abstract:Following the former paper (the influence of flowage on the space of eutectic alloy piece) herein the action of melt flowage on the form of distribution and composition of solute has been studied. Under the action of rotary magnetic field, it makes the Al-1% Si and Al-1% Fe alloy have a directional solidification and having analyzed the form of distribution and composition of solute, a conclusion is obtained as follows: 1. The flowage of melt notably raises the longitudinal segregation and among them the distribution of Fe is easily affected by the action of flowage 2. The agitation of magnetic field causes Fe and Si to produce a lateral segregation and their content in the Al decreases with the distance from thecentre of tested sample being great. 3 .The agitation of magnetic field causes interface of the solidified solid- liquid to become a crowning curved surface and the growing direction of crystal to be in vertical to this interface. 4 .The flowage of melt apparently raises the ladder degree of temperature nearby to the interface of solid-liquid, thus causing the solidified composition to have a more directionalityo
