电路分析的一种新方法

摘    要:本文提出把电流、电压、电荷和磁通作为平行的4个网络基本变量,把节点、同孔、割集和回路作为网络拓扑结构的四要素.在此基础上,提出一种研究电路问题的NEVAR方法:定义了回路复合电阻、回路复合电感、回路复合电弹、割集复合电导、割集复合电容、割集复合倒电感,从而建立了NEVAR方程组,全称为NEVAR电路方程组.文中还对NEVAR方程组同状态方程组和输入一输出方程组作了比较,展示了NEVAR方程组的求解方法;讨论了NEVAR方法中处理受控源的问题.把NEVAR方法应用于集成电路的模拟,讨论了运用NEVAR方程进行分扯和松驰的问题.

Abstract:In this paper, a new approach for circuit analysis, named NEVAR equations, is developed. It is based on the concept of taking the current, voltage, charge and magnetic flux as four fundamental variables of networks, and regarding node, mesh, loop and cut-set as four essential factors of network topology. The definitions of loop compound resistance,loop compound inductance, loop compound elastance, cut-set compound admittance, cut-set compound capacitance and cut-set compound reciprocal-inductance are also given during the deducing of NEVAR (NEtwork VARiables) equations. Furthermore, the NEVAR equations are compared with the state equations and input-output equations; the ways of solving the NEVAR equations and dealing with dependent sources are described as well. The NEVAR method can be applied to the simulation of integrated circuits. The paper shows that the tearing and relaxation methods are utilized effectively in the NEVAR equations for the simulation of integrated circuits.
