摘    要:使用ANSYS有限元数值模拟软件建立双面埋弧焊钢管接头拉伸变形模型,并通过实验验证了该模型的合理性。在此模型的基础上,研究了焊缝的形状对焊接接头拉伸断裂位置的影响。结果表明:外焊缝熔宽存在3个临界值,其值的大小对焊接接头拉伸断裂位置的变化规律有着重要影响,为提高高强管线钢管焊缝质量、优化焊接工艺提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The model of tensile deformation for the welded joint of both sides submerged arc weld is constructed by FEM software ANSYS, and its availability is experimentally approved. Based on the model, the effects of the weld seam shape on the tensile fracture location are investigated. The three critical values of outside weld width are identified, suggesting an important influence on the welded joint fracture location. The results provide theoretical basis for optimizing the welding processes and improving the weld seam quality of high strength steel pipe.
