| 摘 要： | 分析了五个陕北红枣品种（梨枣、骏枣、狗头枣、大木枣、圪土达枣）中糖类（含还原性糖和淀粉）、粗脂肪、蛋白质、核酸（含ＤＮＡ和ＲＮＡ）的含量，并对各品种之间的各物质含量进行了比较分析，发现其间存在着较为显著的差异。研究表明，在６月上旬，陕北红枣近顶端新鲜叶片中各成分的含量为：还原性糖０．８０－２．５０ｍｇ／ｇ，淀粉１０．００－３３．２０ｍｇ／ｇ，粗脂肪８．４－１３．９ｍｇ／ｇ，蛋白质２５．４９－２８．２７ｍｇ／ｇ，ＤＮＡ０．５８－１．３５ｍｇ／ｇ，ＲＮＡ４．２０－８．９６ｍｇ／ｇ。此工作为红枣的进一步研究打下了基础。

| Abstract: | Four kinds of biological substances,carbohydrates (in cluding reducing sugar and starch),rough fats ,proteins,and nucleic acids (in cluding DNA and RNA),in the leaves of five breeds of Chinese date (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)in Northern shaanxi,MuDate,Li Date,Jun Date,Goutou Date,and Geda Date,were determined.It was shown that the content of every substance was ,reducing sugar 0.80-2.50mg/g,starch 10.00-33.20mg/g,rough fat 8.4-13.9mg/g,protein 25.49-28.27mg/g,DNA 0.58-1.35mg/g,RNA 4.20-8.96mg/g.The obvious difference of every substanc among different breeds was founded.With this work,the important reference was given for the further research. |
