| Abstract: | In compliance with the formation of the decomposition theorom of the rigid body speed, in this paper the decomposition theorom of the fluid speed has been got based on the example of cutting flowing.We have summarized the determining formular of the rotation and rotationless of fluid flowing, which is tested and verified by examples,Finally ,we have summarized the difference of the decomposition theorom of rotation, rotationless and speed of the rigid body movment and fluid movement. |
