| Abstract: | In this paper, we discuss the robustness of controll-ability of singular (linear time-invariant) system under the disturbanceof the system parameters. A group of sufficient and neccessary condit-ions of the maintenance of controllability of the system under thedisturbances of its parameters are obtained. |
