| Abstract: | Summary Treatment of 3T3 cell plasma membranes with glycosidase enzymes decreased their ability to inhibit cell growth and also decreased their binding to 3T3 cells. This suggests that carbohydrate is required for complete function of inhibitory activity and that inhibition is associated with membrane adhesion. |
