| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高等职业教育改革和发展的有效途径,其关键在于校企文化的融合。基于从学理上探析高职院校校企文化融合的意义与原则,对高职院校校企文化融合建设进行理性思考与理论探寻,以期为构建引领校企合作的新型高职院校文化建设体系提供理论依据和有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to reform and develop higher vocational education, its key lies in school-enterprise cultural integration. This paper explores the significance and principles of school-enterprise cultural integration in higher vocational colleges from the academic aspect and reflects on the construction of school-enterprise cultural integration and its theories so as to provide some theoretical basis and useful references for constructing a new type of school culture system that leads school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. |
