摘    要:执行力研究是组织管理研究的一个重要组成部分,执行力影响组织战略决策的实施,是组织提升竞争力的基石。执行逻辑是从全局的角度看待问题,全面提升组织执行力的过程。执行逻辑涉及执行的起因、战略决策的制定、执行过程中的制度、机制、文化等,以执行逻辑的方式提升执行力,组织就必须面对和改善自身存在的各方面的执行力问题。

Abstract:The execution force study is a substantial part of organizational management. Execution force influences the implement of organization strategy and decision and is the foundation of improving competitiveness. The execution logic is the process treating problems from the global angle and promoting the organization execution force entirely. The concept of execution includes origin of execution, formulation of strategy decision, and the system, mechanism and culture in the execution process. To promote the execution force by the method of execution logic, organization should face and improve existent execution issues in all directions.
